As a Regional Sales Manager for LBDS’s Biofuels Division, you will be at the forefront of innovation in renewable energy, helping clients optimize their biofuel production with cutting-edge solutions such as yeast, enzymes, antimicrobials, and nutrients. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact—building strong partnerships, driving sustainable growth, and shaping the future of clean energy. Key Responsibilities • Client Relationship & Sales Growth: Build strong, long-term partnerships with biofuel industry clients and lead technical sales initiatives that deliver tailored solutions. • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for key accounts, ensuring value creation and profitability. • Commercial & Technical Leadership: Present financial models, propose trials, and manage contracts (NDAs, MTAs, Supply Agreements) to support business objectives. • Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Track sales and product performance, investigate issues, and collaborate with technical teams for solutions. • Market Engagement & Representation: Represent LBDS at trade shows, conferences, and industry events while providing market insights to support business development. #LI-DNP Technical skills Required • Strong technical knowledge of chemical processes related to biofuel production • Degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or biofuels industry. • Experience negotiating and managing contracts. An asset • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and statistical analysis tools. • Ability to develop and interpret financial models. General criteria Required • This role involves significant travel—approximately 50% to 75% of your time—across the region and occasionally internationally. Travel is essential for building strong client relationships, conducting on-site visits, and representing LBDS at key industry events and trade shows.
