We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our rapidly growing tech startup. You’ll be working on a robust platform supporting our products. What You'll Do Define and drive the roadmap focused on impacting outcomes Conduct continuous problem and solution discovery by working closely with clients, customers,and stakeholders Run experiments and prototypes to test assumptions and test for value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks Work on a balanced team of engineers, design, and prompt engineers Define and track key metrics that demonstrate progress towards conversion What We're Looking For Product management experience with a focus on building products that improve the experiences of our users while driving results for our clients and our organization Strong facilitation skills and running discovery sessions to uncover and build valuable products Creating hyper focus from problem to solution within the team Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority Systems thinking mindset with the ability to see how changes impact the entire ecosystem Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking metrics Compensation Base: $130k-$160k Equity: Equity package Benefits Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, 401k retirement plan, unlimited PTO, a flexible remote-first culture, and most of all, a collaborative, high-trust environment where your ideas matter.
