Business Development Partner Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing & Industrial Services Remote | Commission-Based | High Earnings Potential About the Opportunity We are a consulting and advisory firm working with companies in energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, and industrial service sectors. Our work focuses on helping businesses improve their operations, modernize internal systems, and access capital to support growth. We are seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Partner who can help originate opportunities and introduce companies to our consulting and capital advisory services. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry relationships and an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys connecting companies with solutions and building long-term client relationships. Who This Role Is For This opportunity is best suited for professionals who: • Have relationships with business owners, operators, or executives • Have experience in energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, industrial services, consulting, or finance • Enjoy identifying opportunities and making strategic introductions • Prefer relationship-based business development rather than high-volume cold calling • Want flexibility and significant upside tied to deals originated This is not a call center sales role. It is focused on industry relationships and opportunity origination. What We Do Operational & Systems Consulting We help companies improve operations by: • Evaluating internal workflows and systems • Implementing modern operational tools and processes • Identifying inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks • Supporting system upgrades and operational improvements Capital Advisory & Financing We assist companies with growth and project financing by: • Identifying appropriate funding sources • Introducing companies to strategic capital partners • Supporting financing initiatives and capital raises • Advising during financing discussions Responsibilities • Identify companies in energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, and industrial services that could benefit from our services • Build relationships with owners, executives, and decision-makers • Introduce potential clients to our consulting and capital advisory offerings • Source new opportunities and help move engagements forward • Work directly with leadership to structure and close engagements Ideal Background • Experience in business development, consulting, finance, or industry sales • Strong professional network in energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated • Comfortable working independently • Experience working with executives or business owners is a plus Compensation • Commission-based compensation • Percentage of revenue from consulting engagements originated • Participation in advisory and financing transactions • Significant earning potential tied directly to opportunities you originate Why Join Us • Work with companies in energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, and industrial services • Flexible remote opportunity • Entrepreneurial environment • Opportunity to participate in larger advisory and financing engagements • High upside tied directly to your relationships and deal flow •
