Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and fostering positive relationships to drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers via various communication channels, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Duties • Engage with customers through phone calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous assistance to address inquiries and resolve issues. • Maintain accurate customer records through diligent data entry in CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date information for follow-up. • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately while adhering to established cash handling procedures. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients. • Maintain purchase order log in excel on a daily basis. • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes. • Assist with scheduling measures and installs, sending quotes to customers. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications efficiently to document interactions, generate reports, and analyze customer data. • Conduct outbound campaigns to promote new products or services, gather feedback, and expand the customer base. • Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested. Skills and Abilities: • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Adobe/Blue Beam. • Ability to easily learn new terminology related to construction/glazing. • Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team. • Problem resolution and critical thinking skills. • Organizational and prioritization skills. Experience • Two years of experience in customer service required • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe/Blue Beam and basic computer skills. • Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities for improvement. • Experience handling cash transactions with accuracy and integrity. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with data entry tasks, typing speed, and maintaining detailed records.
