At LaborFirst, you’ll work alongside colleagues who are experts in the group retiree healthcare market, Medicare health benefits for individuals, health navigation and advocacy services, and who truly care about making a difference in the industry and in members’ lives. This is an entry level position within Proposals focused on assisting with assigned duties, as well as learning and understanding all aspects of the Proposal team activities. The Proposal Associate will perform quality control checks and internal audit related functions while project managing deliverables with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The office manager & Admin Assistant is a hybrid role responsible for ensuring smooth office operations while providing administrative support to the leadership team. This is a full-time opportunity at our Scottsdale office. This is an in-office position (not work from home). Duties & Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination. • Oversee office organization, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. • Develop & implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow. • Serve as a main point of contact for office-related inquiries and needs. • Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to resolve office-related issues. • Provides administrative assistance to leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and arranging travel. • Assist with documentation preparation, data entry, and record-keeping. • Support HR functions, including new employee orientation. • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Process invoices, expense reports, and office-related budgeting tasks. Required Qualifications: • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred. • 3+ years in office management, administrative support, or a related role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
