Key responsibilities include overseeing the Salesforce CRM system and multiple tools, including DemandBase, SalesLoft, InsideView, Eloqua, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AIS, RocketReach, BenefitFlow, and Loopio. The role involves conducting data analysis and generating reports to identify trends, provide insights, and aid strategic decision-making. Additionally, this position will train and support the commercial team in utilizing these sales systems. It will also focus on identifying opportunities to streamline sales workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve overall sales effectiveness. Duties and responsibilities include: Analyze sales data to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making Identify opportunities to streamline sales workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall sales effectiveness. Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to produce regular reports for Health Plans and Employers. What you will do: Provide training and support to sales representatives on using sales systems and processes. Manage daily requests from Sales teams and find fast and effective solutions. Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of information. Support sales database maintenance and CRM systems to ensure accuracy. Generate insights from data to support sales strategies and decision-making. Assist in forecasting sales performance and preparing reports for management review. Assist the Sales Support Manager with sales enablement Minimum and Education Experience includes: A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is preferred. Minimum three years of proven sales systems specialist experience, including experience as a Salesforce.com administrator. Minimum three years of research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts. Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales tools and data dashboards/programming. Technical proficiency and familiarity with various sales tools and software. Preferred Qualifications include: Prior experience in the digital healthcare space. Prior experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Salesforce.com Admin certification and Sales Cloud and Developer certifications Skills and Competencies include: Seasoned sales systems professional with a proven track record of managing and optimizing sales technology, analyzing sales data, and improving sales processes Data and metrics-driven, and can demonstrate proven success in supporting the sales team in achieving strategic plan goals. Proven ability to create complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, processes & workflows, uncover trends, and actionable insights. Able to work 8am - 5pm EST Application Window: August 1, 2025 Pay Range: $63,000 - $83,000 Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
