Improving Health, Improving Lives. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide troubleshooting and assistance to clients and vendors, focusing on single and small practices or EMRs. Interpret and analyze HL7 order and result messages to develop recommendations and solutions. Manage and drive multiple projects to completion across all phases within corporate-specified deadlines. Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure their support and continued business. Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up to clients and vendors. Collaborate with various functional groups, including sales, lab operations, and third-party vendors, to resolve client issues promptly. Analyze client ordering patterns to identify issues early and enhance electronic ordering and resulting processes. REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years of experience in healthcare EDI or project management, with a focus on single and small practices or EMRs. In-depth knowledge of healthcare EDI workflows and protocols. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proven ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse functional groups. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. PREFERENCES Ideal candidates will be located near Raritan, NJ and able to participate in occasional onsite team meetings and events on short notice. Current or previous Labcorp experience. Application Window closes 10/15/2025 Pay Range: $65,420 - $85,000 All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
