Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Production Assistant to support our retail marketing team. This role focuses on updating and maintaining existing marketing designs using Canva. All templates, branding, and creative direction are provided. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys structured production work and is looking to build experience in marketing or design. Responsibilities • Update flower menus, pricing boards, and strain listings using existing Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator templates • Modify A-frames, in-store signage, and promotional materials • Accurately update text, pricing, SKUs, images, and dates • Export files for print and digital use • Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines • Manage multiple versions of daily and weekly promotions • Communicate clearly regarding deadlines and revisions (All creative direction and templates are provided.) Qualifications Required • Proficiency in Canva, as well as Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to follow templates and brand guidelines • Basic understanding of layout and readability • Dependable and organized Preferred (Not Required) • Previous marketing, retail, or production design experience • Familiarity with print or digital signage formats Schedule & Compensation • Part-time: Up to 20 hours per week • Pay: $16.30/hour Work Location • In person in Portland, OR Pay: $16.30 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Benefits: • Employee discount Work Location: In person
