Job Title: Associate, Travel and Expense Job Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Card Associate responsible for overseeing the corporate travel card programs for both US and international employees. This role involves weekly reporting and card maintenance, interfacing with banks and cardholders, addressing employee inquiries, and preparing check deposit files. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in administering corporate card programs and providing exceptional support to employees. Essential Functions: Program administrator for all L3Harris corporate travel card programs, including US and international Prepare weekly card reports Perform corporate card program maintenance Prepare refund check deposit files and track the deposits Monitor the L3Harris corporate card inbox Assist employees with corporate card inquiries, including credit limit increases, declines, card reissues, and new applications Assign T&E training course to new cardholders and monitor course compliance Perform monthly corporate card aging notification process Maintain accurate and organized records for audit purposes Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and reporting Perform ad hoc projects as assigned Support special projects and initiatives within the Travel and Expense department Qualifications: To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in in accounting, finance, business administration, or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.  Skills: Experience with credit card management and related processes Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Additional Skills: Familiarity with company policies and procedures, particularly in an aerospace and defense context Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret financial data and trends Reliable and responsible handling of sensitive financial information Experience with Concur expense management system Altryx Certification is a plus   In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$55,000.00 MIN - $102,000.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$48,500.00 MIN - $88,500.00 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
