Full Description

Job Description: • Develop and implement communication strategies to support the Missile Solutions segment • Lead staff and manage crisis communications • Create internal and external communications products, writing and distributing content • Develop and maintain strong media relationships • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication aligned with company goals • Advise senior leaders on best communication practices • Monitor and measure effectiveness of communications • Manage special projects and VIP visits Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience • Experience with digital communications tools • Experience in writing for executives, storytelling, and drafting news releases • Experience developing PowerPoint briefings • Experience analyzing and reporting metrics • Knowledge of AP Style • Experience in working with journalists, providing media training to principals • Experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interface with all levels of personnel.
