Job Title: Associate, Strategy Development Job Code:41583 Job Location:  Rochester NY or Melbourne FL Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off   Job Description: Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge. Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine takes. Communicates with contracts in own team to explain and interpret information. Contributes to systems and processes changes in work routines. Works to achieve operational targets that impact team results. Essential Functions: Aiding in tracking / proactive management of IRAD to ensure strategic merit, business case, and program performance Aiding in assessing emerging technologies and conducting competitive intelligence assessments, particularly with regards to disruptors or new entrants in our core markets Evaluates and managers new strategic business opportunities, initiatives and partnerships. Develops, manages, or supports the organization's strategic planning process, and role may include development of go=to-market strategies and direction of market launch/messaging/implementation plans/integrated marketing campaigns as well as thought leadership initiatives. Performs economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities Develops business models and determines market trends to substantiate long-term prospects. Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives. Helps business units defines vision, strategies, and tactics.   Qualifications: To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, liberal arts, data analysis, data science or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $53,500-$99,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
