Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Manager Company: Listen to this Bull (Nashville, TN) Pay: $18-$20/hour, 30-40 hours per week Travel Requirement: 1-5 days/month (all expenses covered) About Us Listen to this Bull is on a mission to expose the BS in the insurance world and educate contractors, public adjusters, and attorneys on how to handle claims more efficiently and ethically. We tackle serious topics—but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. If you appreciate humor, you’ll fit right in here. Role Summary We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Manager to help us grow our presence across various platforms. You’ll be brainstorming and producing attention-grabbing videos, graphics, and posts that spotlight our services and generate leads for our coaching programs. This role is an integral part of our growth strategy—both online and in-person. Key Responsibilities • Content Creation • Think up fun, engaging social media content—or push our founder to brainstorm with you—and bring those ideas to life. • Film and edit short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Cloud. • Craft visually appealing social media graphics. • Social Media Management • Format, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). • Monitor comments and direct messages to engage with the community and answer questions. • Use basic SEO and social media best practices to boost reach and engagement. • Lead Generation & Funnel Management • Create posts that promote our coaching services and funnel potential clients to our scheduling app. • Monitor and optimize leads and inquiries coming from social media channels. • Event Coverage • Travel with the company at least once a month to film live events, speaking engagements, and behind-the-scenes content. • Edit and publish event-related material quickly to keep audiences engaged. • Miscellaneous Tasks • Occasionally update our website (using a simple website builder). • Assist with ad-hoc design requests or other tasks that pop up. Qualifications • Must-Have Skills & Traits • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). • Basic understanding of social media SEO (how to make content discoverable). • Video editing experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Cloud. • Go-getter attitude: we need someone who’s not afraid to initiate ideas and push to get content created. • Sense of humor is essential—we’re a casual, fun-loving team. • Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience creating hooks, calls to action, or other marketing elements in social media posts. • Basic graphic design skills for social posts. • Experience Level • This is an entry-level position; no formal degree or training is required. • We will train you on our brand, voice, and content style—but not on video editing (you should already know the basics). Work Environment & Location • Location: Our facility is in Nashville, TN. You’ll work onsite most days, but occasional remote work is possible when the founder is out. • Travel: Expect to travel about once per month for events or speaking engagements (expenses covered). Compensation & Growth Potential • Hourly Rate: $18-$20/hour • Schedule: ~20-40 hours per week • Future Growth: As the company expands, there is potential for this role to grow into a full department, creating advancement opportunities down the line. How to Apply • Submit Your Application: Apply via Indeed (include your resume if you have one). • Video Submission: Along with your application, please attach a one-minute video you’ve edited specifically for social media (any topic). We want to see: • A strong hook • A clear call to action at the end This video is your chance to show us your creativity, editing skills, and ability to capture attention quickly. PLEASE ATTACH VIDEO LINKS! Join us at Listen to this Bull and help us create fun, impactful, and even outrageous content that exposes BS in the insurance world—and entertains our audience while we do it! Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
