Rose Recruiting is excited to partner with Blezoo, an innovative promotional marketing agency in Central Florida, to hire a Relationship-Driven Account Manager to support and grow their university clients. This is the perfect role for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in a people-focused environment, and wants to help shape the promotional agency of tomorrow. If you enjoy being on campus, collaborating with clients, managing projects from start to finish, and finding creative ways to drive growth, this role has your name on it. What You’ll Do 🤝 Client Relationship Management • Serve as the main point of contact for university partners • Build strong, lasting relationships across departments • Visit campus regularly to meet stakeholders and strengthen connections 📈 Sales & Revenue Growth • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts • Drive cross-selling and strategic outreach • Support long-term retention and expansion 📦 Order & Project Management • Manage orders end-to-end: presentations, sales orders, POs • Guide clients toward the best products for their goals, budgets, and timelines • Coordinate with internal teams + vendors to ensure on-time, accurate delivery 💡 Client Support • Resolve questions quickly and proactively • Anticipate needs and offer creative, thoughtful solutions 🤜🤛 Internal Collaboration • Work closely with sales, production, and fulfillment • Keep everyone aligned and projects moving smoothly 📊 Strategy & Growth • Help develop account growth plans • Prepare program ideas and product presentations • Support client-facing events and engagement initiatives What We’re Looking For • Hustle, initiative, and a strong drive to hit goals • A contagious, positive attitude • Excellent communication + relationship-building skills • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple moving parts • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized • 3+ years in a client-facing role (account management, sales, etc.) Bonus Points • Degree in Business or related field • Experience in print or promotional products • Knowledge of CommonSku • UCF grad or strong knowledge of UCF culture + brand Compensation & Perks 💰 $50–55K base + commission (Target: $70–85K) 🩺 Health, dental, vision 🪪 401(k) with match 🎁 Lots of free branded swag 📚 Personal development budget every 18 months 🌱 Long-term career growth in a collaborative, creative culture If you’re excited to build meaningful campus partnerships and help shape the next chapter of Blezoo, we’d love to hear from you.
