Job Description: Job Description: Client is seeking an experienced WorkForce Software Deployment Lead to support the ATLAS program — a large-scale transformation initiative deploying enterprise workforce management solutions to 55,000+ employees across the United States and Canada. This role will play a critical part in designing, configuring, and deploying a modern timekeeping and workforce management platform across multiple waves. Program Scope The ATLAS program is modernizing workforce management capabilities across North American operations, including: Time tracking Scheduling (standard & job-based) Absence management Compliance reporting Enterprise workforce analytics Key Responsibilities End-to-End SDLC Support Lead and support full lifecycle implementation: Requirements gathering Design Build & configuration Testing Training Deployment Post-go-live support WorkForce Software Expertise Hands-on experience configuring and deploying: Time & Attendance Standard Scheduling Job Scheduling Absence Case Tracking Reporting modules Skills Required: Program & Project Management (PM leadership, budgets, timing) Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Workforce Management Systems Financial Reporting Project Planning & Documentation Technical & Program Analysis Cross-Functional Team Leadership Problem Solving & Solution Delivery Jira.
