You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients - which means some of the biggest in the world.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced 24x7 support for BeyondTrust PAM servicesLead onboarding of privileged users, service accounts, and platformsConfigure and maintain BeyondTrust policies, workflows, and integrationsTroubleshoot complex PAM issues and perform root cause analysisAct as escalation point for incidents and high-priority requestsSupport audits, risk reviews, and compliance assessmentsDrive automation, operational improvements, and SOP updatesMentor junior analysts and support knowledge transitionsRequired Skills & Experience5-8 years of experience in PAM / IAM / Cybersecurity operationsStrong hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAMSolid knowledge of AD, Windows/Linux, and cloud platformsExperience working in global 24x7 support modelsStrong stakeholder coordination and incident management skillsYour future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career, from Junior System Administrator to Architect.
