You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients - which means some of the biggest in the world.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as L3 escalation for complex OKTA incidents and service requestsTroubleshoot and resolve advanced MFA, SSO, and authentication issuesSupport OKTA administration including policies, groups, and application configurationsHandle P1/P2 incidents and contribute to root cause analysis and problem managementSupport OKTA agent deployments, upgrades, and maintenance (AD / LDAP agents)Major Incident Management - IDAM Representation on MIM, P1 & P2 CallsOKTA Platform Support 2nd Level - Day to day, policy activities, group updates.Daily Incident Management 2nd & 3rd Level (2500 a month)Release Management (New OKTA Agents as required)Maintenance & Patching of OKTA AD agents and support for Kyndryl server staff.Day to day Service RequestsIP whitelisting ManagementManagement of CMDB x 2OKTA Mastered List ( create direct in OKTA application) and Approvers ListAdmin Access ManagementAdmin Access AttestationService Account ManagementService Account AttestationManagement OKTA Mastered Accounts and Approvers.Hypercare Service for new criteria or upgradesAssist with audit, compliance, and access review activitiesMaintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentationMentor and support L2 OKTA administrators Required Experience & Skills8-12 years of experience in IAM / Security / System Administration1-2 years of hands-on OKTA administration experienceStrong knowledge of OKTA MFA, SSO, authentication policies, and federationExperience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and directory integrationsFamiliarity with incident, change, and problem management processesYour future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career, from Junior System Administrator to Architect.
