A company is looking for an Agent Forward Engineer to lead the design and deployment of AI agents and support systems for application development and migration. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement agentic AI systems for automating legacy application discovery, assessment, and migration • Develop intelligent workflows for refactoring monolithic systems into microservices or serverless architectures • Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI-driven modernization with enterprise goals and optimize migration paths Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in application development • Experience in AI engineering focused on agentic systems or autonomous workflows • Deep understanding of application migration strategies • Proficiency in cloud-native development and infrastructure-as-code
