The role involves working closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enhance authentication, authorization, and governance capabilities. The consultant will provide advisory, engineering support, troubleshooting,and integration guidance across hybrid identity environments (Entra ID, Active Directory, and related technologies).EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.Certifications:SC-300 Identity & Access AdministratorSC-100 Cybersecurity ArchitectAZ-104 Azure AdministratorEXPERIENCE6+ year in cybersecurity servicesLANGUAGESSpanish and English (B2 level or higher)SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEIdentity lifecycle managementAuthentication & authorization designConditional Access and Zero Trust policy designHybrid identity troubleshooting Privileged access concepts (PIM, PAM)Strong communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work in high-security, highly regulated environmentsAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingDocumentation and reporting skillsKEY RESPONSABILITIESSupport the design and deployment of IAM solutions (Ping, Sailpoint, etc) aligned with enterprise security architecture.Assist in the integration of applications with Entra ID (SSO, provisioning, access policies).Troubleshoot identity-related issues across cloud and on-prem components.Advise on best practices for identity governance, Zero Trust, and privileged access.Develop and maintain documentation, technical procedures, and operational guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, compliance).Participate in migration projects (AD to Entra ID, app onboarding).Provide expert input to improve IAM processes and controls.Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
