Full Description

We are seeking a high-performing Market Development Executive (MDE) to lead our expansion into the US market. This role focuses on driving new business opportunities for consulting and staffing services, primarily within banking and fintech clients. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from market entry strategy to closing deals, and carry a revenue target measured by both quality and total contract value. At Kynaxis, we value excellence in delivery. The MDE will also be accountable for client success and ensuring a superior experience throughout the engagement. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for US banking and fintech sectors. • Drive new logo acquisition and expand relationships within existing accounts. • Lead consultative sales of Kynaxis Insights services, positioning our brand promise: “Get The Future You Want.” • Engage with C-level executives to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions. • Organize client strategy workshops and lead large opportunity pursuits. • Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction. Requirements • Proven experience in consultative sales and business development within banking or fintech. • Strong network of contacts in US financial services. • Ability to design transformational solutions and shape strategic deals. • Experience working with hyperscalers and data/analytics partners is a plus. • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
