Compensation: $102,300 - $187,300 yearly Responsibilities: • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support. • Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance property visibility. • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. • Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely advice. • Utilize company-provided leads and resources to build and maintain a robust client base efficiently and effectively.
