Qualifications: • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent. • Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and ease. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Experience in utilizing technology and online tools for efficient client management. • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and trust. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. • Eagerness to learn and participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
