📍 Michigan | Full-Time | Cannabis Industry We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven leader to oversee wholesale growth, retail partnerships, and market expansion for a licensed cannabis cultivation company in Michigan. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, builds strong store-level relationships, and understands how to grow revenue in a competitive market while protecting brand integrity. Key Responsibilities: Drive wholesale growth and secure placement in retail stores statewide Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyers Execute in-store pop-ups, promotions, and brand activations Develop structured drop calendars and product launch strategies Protect pricing discipline while maintaining strong sell-through Collaborate with internal teams to align production with market demand Track performance metrics including revenue, margin, and inventory movement What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in cannabis wholesale, CPG sales, or market development Strong existing retail relationships in Michigan Proven ability to get products placed and moving in stores Strategic thinker who balances growth and margin Self-starter comfortable working independently and owning outcomes Professional presence and strong communication skills 💼 Base Salary + performance-based bonus with strong upside potential.
