This position combines strategic business development with operational leadership to drive profitability, elevate customer satisfaction, and build a resilient, high-performing organization. • Lead and grow a strong, independent national organization with a focus on performance and accountability • Guide, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple functions • Drive business development and sales execution to expand market share and customer base • Ensure accurate, competitive, and timely customer pricing aligned with business goals • Oversee service delivery and operational excellence across all touchpoints • Execute the Global Project Logistics strategy at the national level, adapting it to local market dynamics • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution • Manage full P&L responsibility and deliver strong financial performance • Optimize profitability through effective cost control and margin enhancement • Apply strategic business acumen across procurement, sales, and operations • Lead stakeholder engagement and foster long-term relationship management with key clients and partners What we would like you to bring • Minimum of 5+ years in senior leadership roles within International Freight Forwarding and Project Cargo operations • Proven expertise in project logistics, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing business development and strategic relationship management • Deep knowledge of the U.S. project logistics market, including key industry players, evolving trends, and competitive dynamics • Strong commercial awareness and agility, with the ability to stay ahead of emerging market developments, shifting customer needs, and industry changes to guide strategic decision-making What's in it for you There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
