It's more than a job The Solutions Design Architect, Director is responsible for leading the designand development of end-to-end logistics solutions across our Contract Logistics network. This role drives solution strategy for major customer pursuits, oversees solution design standards, and leads a high-performance engineering and architecture team. leading the design, development, and management of critical business applications while ensuring business continuity and operational resilience across the enterprise. How you create impact • Lead solution design for complex RFPs across FMCG, Retail, Fashion, and e-commerce verticals. • Develop warehouse layouts, automation concepts, labor models, cost structures, and pricing inputs. • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, IT, Finance, and Implementation teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Evaluate and recommend automation, robotics, and digital technologies. • Provide commercial support, financial modeling, and solution justification during customer engagements. • Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects, Industrial Engineers, and Analysts. What we would like you to bring • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. • 10+ years in contract logistics, supply chain engineering, or solutions design. • Experience supporting FMCG or Fashion Retail customers preferred. • Strong leadership experience with technical or engineering teams. • Expertise in warehouse design, automation, labor engineering, and cost modeling. • Proficiency with engineering/design tools (AutoCAD, Blue Yonder/JDA, WMS/WES platforms) What's in it for you There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
