We are looking for a Product Manager located in Latin America to support a product company building an accounting system natively on Salesforce. This role is a temporary replacement (maternity leave coverage), where the Product Manager will work closely with the client’s team to ensure product continuity and execution. The ideal candidate has strong experience working on ERP or accounting products, understands complex financial workflows, and can collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. We are looking for: 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager in product-driven organizations Strong background with ERP systems and/or accounting products Solid understanding of accounting concepts, workflows, and financial processes Experience gathering requirements, managing backlogs, and prioritizing product work Ability to work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce (especially Salesforce-native products) Previous experience working on SaaS or FinTech platforms Familiarity with enterprise or B2B products Experience working with distributed or international teams We offer: Fully remote Full-time engagement Short term: 4 months Compensation in US Dollars Opportunity to work with a US-based product company If you are interested in contributing to a complex product and bringing value during a critical transition period, please submit your resume and let’s be in touch.
