Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Talent Employment type: Contract Employee location: Houston, TX (Remote) Must-Have Skills: ORC, Performance, Goals, Talent Here is the brief summary of the skill set: • Configuration expertise in ORC, Performance, Goals, Talent, Journeys/Onboarding. • Technical tooling skills with OTBI, BI Publisher for custom reports and data migration/troubleshooting. • Business analysis and solution design capabilities for workshops, fit–gap analysis, requirements documentation, testing, and change impact assessment. • Stakeholder-facing consulting skills, including strong communication, issue triage, and driving SRs with Oracle.
