Come Build, Disrupt and Thrive! KēSTA I.T. is seeking a Clinical Recruiter with experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners. Contract Clinical Recruiter Remote (US) Our Client is a mission-driven behavioral health company that supports individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI) through a combination of community-based clinical care and innovative technology-enabled support. We are seeking an experienced Contract Clinical Recruiter with deep expertise in Nurse Practitioner and provider hiring to help our Client rapidly scale their community-based clinical teams. Key Responsibilities: • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple part-time community-based Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) roles across several states • Conduct high-volume sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative outreach) while maintaining an exceptionally high bar for clinical quality and cultural fit • Perform thorough phone screens with the ability to have credible, clinically-informed conversations with NPs and quickly assess top-tier talent • Partner closely with the Head of Talent and Director of Clinical Operations to move candidates through the process quickly • Manage candidate pipeline and activity in Lever (transitioning to Greenhouse in early 2025) Requirements: • 5+ years of full-cycle clinical/provider recruiting experience (healthcare startup, health system, or agency/RPO) • Proven track record of successfully recruiting Nurse Practitioners or Physicians in a high-volume, high-velocity environment • Demonstrated comfort operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup/scale-up environment • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and thrive with ambiguity • Experience with Lever and/or Greenhouse strongly preferred • Existing NP network is a significant plus About KēSTA I.T.: KēSTA I.T. is a premier Utah based technical staffing and consulting services firm.
