We are looking for a Market Research Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities : • Conduct secondary research to support proposals, reporting, and industry knowledge. • Assist in developing and revising screeners, moderator guides, and surveys. • Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners and vendors. • Train interviewers/data collection partners on project-specific requirements. • Survey testing/quality control. • Monitor data collection for qualitative and quantitative research. DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING: • Contribute to data validation and interpretation. • Support the creation of reporting formats, visuals and final deliverables under supervision. • Code open-ended responses. • Run pre-defined or ad hoc “special runs” in SPSS and conduct significance testing/data validation. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree (business analytics, mathematics, science, or computer science preferred). • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while using critical thinking to execute on assigned tasks. • Excellent communication, writing, attention to detail, and presentation skills. • High level enthusiasm, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new skills. • Numeric aptitude, including working knowledge of statistics. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Desired • Experience with market or survey research (school or professional setting). • Aptitude or interest in learning programs such as SPSS, R, Python, etc. • Master’s degree. • Details • Annual Salary $45,000 - $55,000. • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. • Remote anywhere in the U.S.; suitable home office required.
