Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, 3+ years in manufacturing or supply chain environment, experience defining and improving production processes, and proficiency in lean principles and Microsoft Office.

Full Description

Our Methods Process Analyst contractors will focus on production stability, implementing lean methodologies, assessing and performing to rate readiness requirements, as well as utilizing root cause analysis and process improvements to improve flow of products and people throughout the site. Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter and a collaborative team player. Our business unit allows you to learn all aspects of the Aerospace Manufacturing world including supply chain logistics and transportation, and fabrication of raw materials into products and assemblies to be delivered to our assembly and installation programs around the world. Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or Economics. • 3 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment. • 3 or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes. Preferred Skills/Experience): • Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills. • 3 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles. • Experience developing and deploying standard processes. • Proficient in structured problem solving.
