As a Engineering Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, providing day-to-day operational support to drive the success of our program activities. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations by assisting wiht the successful completion of projects, enhancing support efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with a team of engineers to execute programs • Provide assistance of managing program financial data and schedule information to the team • Help with cross-functional team communication to execute project plans. • Assist with successful completion of projects within budget and scope. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency. YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. • 1-2 years of experience in engineering support or related roles. • Strong drive to learn and be supportive to a team of engineers WE VALUE • Experience in aerospace engineering or related fields. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Passion for teamwork, communication and continuous learning. • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
