You will be responsible for the seamless development and delivery of our training programs, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients and stakeholders. This role requires an understanding of the U.S. legal workplace culture. The Work: The Workshops and Coaching Coordinator is an essential part of the Training Team, providing critical organizational and logistical support. You will be the central point of contact for all workshop and coaching logistics, with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence. You'll work closely with team members and external stakeholders to ensure our programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Key Duties: • Workshop and Coaching Coordination: • Coordinate and manage schedules for coaching and workshops, handling a high volume of logistical details. • Communicate persistently and effectively with clients and stakeholders (including Rudhir, Sandrine, and Genesis) to ensure timely responses and follow-up. • Proactively problem-solve to find alternative solutions when faced with challenges or delays. • Coordinate the full life cycle of workshops from initial planning and slide creation to final delivery and logistics. • Learning and Development Support: • Assist in the preparation and creation of visually appealing and technical training materials, including presentations and slides, with a keen eye for aesthetics. • Maintain and track all training content, client data, and evaluations, using Monday.com to ensure data integrity and effective reporting. • Data Gathering and Reporting: • Utilize Monday.com to track key metrics and communication with clients. • Gather, compile, and analyze post-training feedback and performance data to inform business decisions and make recommendations for future improvements. • Team and Client Collaboration: • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellent customer service. • Support team meetings by taking notes and tracking action items. • Foster a high-energy, enthusiastic, and collaborative environment. Collaboration & Team Support: • Act as a liaison between the Training Team and other internal departments to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals. • Support team meetings by taking detailed notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up. • Assist in managing multiple training projects and deadlines, providing administrative support to ensure milestones are met. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. • Technical and creative aptitude, with an "aesthetic eye" for creating high-quality presentations. • Familiarity with the U.S. legal workplace or a significant period of experience working within U.S. cultural norms. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. • Experience using Monday.com to coordinate projects and assigned tasks daily. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for L&D. They should have strong project management, communication, and technical skills. Experience in training program development and delivery is a plus, but not required.
