Job Summary Calling all conceptual thinkers, team players, and eyewear aficionados — KREWE is looking for an Optical Assistant Store Leader to join our Magazine Street store team. Responsibilities and Duties • Lead the optical guest experience through every step of the process • Train sales specialists on the optical process and experience • Work closely with your retail partners to ensure sales quotas are exceeded • Recommend lenses based on prescriptions • Track all optical/custom orders, keeping customers informed of their order status • Troubleshoot & solve optical issues when required • Custom fit frames to guest’s face & adjust frames as needed • Set daily team goals and strive to reach every day • Maintain visual brand standards at all times • Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door • Enjoy the sun (as always)!
