Job Description: • Develop and implement a robust SIOP framework tailored to the company’s dynamic project-driven and product-based business models • Establish a structured monthly SIOP cadence including demand review, supply planning, capacity evaluation, financial alignment, and executive review • Drive the creation of a rolling 18–24 month demand forecast across customer opportunities and projects • Partner with Sales and Product leaders to translate bookings, pipeline, and historical trends into actionable demand plans • Monitor and continuously improve forecast accuracy; define clear metrics and accountability • Translate demand plans into detailed capacity and resource plans for engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and installation • Coordinate with functional teams to evaluate short-term and long-term capacity constraints and proactively plan mitigation strategies • Align SIOP outputs with financial objectives, including revenue recognition, operating income, and backlog projections • Oversee inventory planning in alignment with project schedules and material lead times • Conduct detailed material forecasting, ensuring supplier readiness, buffer strategy, and on-time availability for Parcel projects • Lead initiatives to optimize inventory turns, working capital, and reduce obsolescence • Own the data governance and system integration for all SIOP-related tools (SAP, Salesforce, Lucanet, Excel-based models) • Develop dashboards and KPI scorecards (forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, inventory levels, revenue conversion) • Facilitate monthly executive SIOP meetings, driving alignment on business-critical decisions • Present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams • Champion, audit, and contribute new ideas toward a standardized PMO framework that ensures consistency, stability, and alignment across all projects • Reinforce clear guidelines, processes, and best practices for project planning, execution, reporting, and closure • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to project managers and staff to strengthen capabilities and embed a culture of discipline and accountability • Implement tools and templates to reduce errors, close disconnects, and ensure that project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget • Introduce KPIs and regular reviews to monitor project health, risks, and benefits realization • Serve as a connector between SIOP and project management activities, ensuring that strategic projects align with business priorities and resources • Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the project management community in the organization Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of progressive experience in SIOP, integrated business planning, engineering, or operations leadership • Deep understanding of the Parcel automation industry, project-driven operations, and engineered-to-order environments preferred • Proven success leading cross-functional planning processes in a fast-paced, matrixed organization • Expertise in demand/supply planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and inventory optimization • Proficient in ERP and planning tools such as SAP (PP, APO, IBP), Salesforce, Lucanet, and advanced Excel • Proven track record of coaching and mentoring project managers or cross-functional teams • Strong knowledge of project management principles and PMO frameworks (PMP or equivalent certification beneficial) • Experience working in global organizations and with multi-site planning • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and business impact. • Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
