You will be rresponsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for new business opportunities. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with pharma and biotech clients.     Your role in our team  You will own and manage a territory or vertical for new business generation Conduct discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations Develop proposals and negotiate contracts You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to tailor solutions Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecast revenue   Your profile  You have 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong understanding of pharma or life sciences industry preferred You have excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Strong organization and time management abilities Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms You are able to work collaboratively across teams and departments, global experience is a plus Prior experience in software sales or life sciences is a plus Your bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field is preferred   Your benefits  You will work in a modern work environment with open culture towards improvements and new ideas You are part of a global operating company with a wide customer basis and a growing business You profit from international cooperation within group-expert network to implement corporate wide concepts You will work in a team who is focusing on customer requirements  You will get an attractive compensation package including health, dental, vision insurance and retirement plan   Can you find yourself in this profile?    Then you are right at Körber.
