The Machinist CNC will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture precision components. The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, programming CNC equipment, inspecting finished products using measurement tools, and troubleshooting machining issues. You will maintain equipment, prioritize quality and safety, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications • Proficiency in CNC machine operation and programming • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers • Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred • Previous experience in a relevant manufacturing or machining environment
