About Us Kramer Portraits, a family-owned fine art portrait studio celebrating 27 years of excellence, is looking for an experienced and motivated remote Phone Sales Manager. Our mission is to ensure that every family can cherish a beautiful heirloom portrait of their loved ones. As our new Phone Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. By leading our high-volume remote phone sales team and applying your expertise in coaching, KPI management, and data-driven strategies, you'll help us connect with families and schedule appointments that turn moments into lasting memories. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional portraits that families will treasure for generations. Key Responsibilities Coaching Excellence: Provide consistent, actionable coaching to phone sales representatives, focusing on one-call closes and calendar control. High-Volume Outbound Calling: Oversee and participate in high-volume outbound calling campaigns to warm leads, ensuring optimal performance and conversion rates. KPI Management: Develop, track, and manage KPIs to monitor team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Appointment Booking: Strategically guide the team in booking appointments and managing calendars to maximize sales opportunities. Data Analysis: Utilize metrics and performance data to tailor coaching strategies at a granular level, ensuring personalized development for each team member. Organizational Excellence: Maintain meticulous records and reports, ensuring efficient tracking of sales activities and results. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management and sales coaching role within a remote phone sales environment. Track Record: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with demonstrable success in one-call closes and high-volume calling. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail, time management, and the capability to manage multiple priorities Coaching Skills: Extensive experience in coaching and developing sales representatives, with a focus on personalized, granular coaching techniques.
