Full Description

Kraken is seeking a Business Operations Principal to drive operational clarity, cross-functional execution, and continuous improvement across four critical areas: Spot Trading, Margin, Derivatives, and Exchange & Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in BizOps, Product Ops, Strategy, Consulting, or similar roles, with strong project management skills and comfort with data. They will partner with leadership to scope and stand up new initiatives, contribute to high-impact materials, and identify bottlenecks to propose improvements.
