Job Description We are seeking a Fundraising Associate / Research Specialist to support our investor outreach and fundraising initiatives. This is a remote, commission-based contractor role focused on researching funding opportunities and supporting applications to accelerators, incubators, and venture capital programs. This role is ideal for candidates based in the Philippines who can work U.S. time zones (EST/PST). Key Responsibilities Research active accelerators, incubators, and early-stage investors Prepare and submit applications to funding programs Manage and maintain investor and funding databases Support pitch deck preparation and investor follow-ups Conduct outreach using company-provided email templates Compensation & Job Type Commission: 10% of successfully secured funding Base Salary: Offered after first secured funding Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Work Schedule: Part-time initially, with potential to grow into full-time Qualifications Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or startup research Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and tracking tools Must be based in the Philippines and available during EST/PST hours How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note highlighting your experience with investor research or startup funding to: 📧 careers@krafzeninc.com
