Our expertise spans 2D/3D AutoCAD drafting, Revit modeling, P&ID layouts, and AI-enhanced workflows. In addition to project-based services, we provide AI consulting, enterprise SaaS licensing, and training programs. At Krafzen, we focus on accelerating productivity, reducing costs, and scaling design solutions with precision. Role Description This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a Business Development Director in the United States, serving as a 1099 independent contractor under a commission-based structure. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The candidate will also develop strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts to ensure successful client partnerships. Qualifications • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities • Strong skills in Business Planning and Contract Negotiation to develop strategies and establish agreements • Experience in Account Management for maintaining and growing client relationships • Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage a remote working environment • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building long-term business partnerships • Familiarity with industries such as architecture, construction, or engineering is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
