The Analyst, NA People ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting) is a key role to support the company's efforts to deliver budgetary commitments on people costs ($1B in spend) including salary, benefits, recruitment, training, etc. The position will work across the HR and Finance organization to improve and optimize purchase order processes, support monthly forecast builds and financial routines, and spearhead financial training initiatives for HR stakeholders and perform ad hoc analyses. What’s on the menu? • Collaborate with finance and human resources to build the bottoms-up U.S. People Budget • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to centralize purchase order management and ensure spend is appropriately managed to budget • Foster and maintain relationships with human resource and finance stakeholders, enhancing existing processes and providing visibility into forecasting trends • Prepare monthly full year forecast builds • Key contributor in monthly accounting close process and performing analytical review on financial results to ensure spend is accurately reflected • Ad hoc analysis, process improvement projects, and financial training creation for HR stakeholders Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you! • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to work across the organization and handle confidential information • Motivated self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, is detail oriented, and continuously seeks creative solutions • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values. New Hire Base Salary Range: $77,800.00 - $97,300.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
