Join the KPS Life team as a Document Management Coordinator dedicated to one of our pharmaceutical clients, where you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate, compliant document repositories and supporting the full records management lifecycle. This onsite role, based in Tarrytown, NY (5 days per week), involves reviewing, verifying, and organizing both physical and electronic records while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure proper retention, security, and regulatory alignment. We’re seeking someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Document Management Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Comply with all current Global Development processes and procedures. • Complete all required training items within the associated timeframes prior to performing any associated tasks. • Performs all tasks required for work completion per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety policies / procedures associated with the tasks to be performed. • Comply with all Local, State and Federal regulatory requirements associated with all tasks performed. Job Description: Ideal candidate will have experience maintaining document repositories and archives. Will verify and maintain documentation for record lifecycle. The records management lifecycle includes developing and receiving, active use, storage (inactive use), and disposition (destroy or transfer) and is inclusive of both physical and electronic records. Records management also includes recordkeeping, data protection and privacy, information security and information disclosure requirements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory elements. • Review all documents for accuracy, coordinating review and revision practices. • Maintain systems for disseminating retention schedules. • A strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work cross functionally across teams to collect the proper information. • Strong problem solver. • Ability to take on multiple tasks to reach deadlines. • Performing risk analysis and assessment of proposed changes to resolve risk-benefit profile. • Integrating with Security, Privacy, and Legal to ensure Records Management processes and systems align with policies owned by these areas. Education/Experience • 2-year associate's degree(required), 4-year (BS/BA) preferred • 2 years+ working experience in administrative/document management role • Position is required to be on-site in Tarrytown, NY office 5 days a week. #kpslife
