We are seeking a skilled Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Incident Response Leader to be a part of our Global Technology & Group, an essential component of KPMG International. As the GSOC Incident Response Leader, you will: • Oversee and enhance the Security Incident Management Framework, working in close alignment with the Global Incident Security Group. • Create a collaborative workspace for efficient communication during security incident management. • Lead the creation of a Regional Security incident management model, supported by dedicated teams in each region. • Provide expert incident response strategies tailored to current and emerging threat landscapes. • Share insightful feedback on current threats with Incident Security Services and Global Incident Security Group management. • Foster a professional and respectful workplace culture characterized by integrity and accountability. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with: • A minimum of five years of recent experience in ITIL-based incident management. • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or security; or equivalent work experience. A high school diploma or GED is also required. • ITIL certification or GCIH certification, or similar credentials. • Experience in security incident response within large, distributed organizations, particularly in hybrid legacy and cloud environments. • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both business and technology leaders. • Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
