Supervise and perform multifamily property maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and carpentry while sharing on-call duties.
2-3 years of trade-related maintenance experience, EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification, valid driver's license, and willingness to share on-call duties.

Requirements: • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years trade related experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, interior/exterior building maintenance, and carpentry • Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance. • EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal). • Willing to share on-call with other team member. • Valid driver's license, transportation and tools required. • Background/criminal check and drug test will be conducted.
