Overview Scope of Responsibilities: The 340B Client Success Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing 340B Covered Entity relationships, and ensuring the success and optimization of existing relationships. Build and maintain relationships with covered entities, third-party administrators, and consultants to maintain and grow KPH’s 340B program. Participate in policy and procedure development, maintain internal and external relationships (wholesalers, covered entities, third-party administrator [TPA] vendors, and consultants) as needed, presenting program enhancement/optimization projects to existing and potential 340B clients. Job Summary: The 340B Client Success Manager will engage with and provide support to the covered entity relationship and explore opportunities to grow and strengthen KPH’s 340B program. This position is focused on collaboration, client success and proactive solutions for existing 340B covered entity relationships. Additionally, the 340B Client Success Manager will seek new or expanded covered entity relationships in consultation with KPH leadership. The 340B Client Success Manager provides a collaborative customer-facing and problem-solving relationship to 340B covered entities, third-party administrators, and internal leaders. Regular off-site and virtual meetings with covered entities and/or TPAs will be held to build the client relationship, with special attention to urgent or emergent situations. Responsibilities Strengthen and steward existing 340B contract pharmacy services with existing covered entities, third-party (TPA) administrators, and related 340B vendors. Develop new entity relationships across multiple levels: C-suite, divisional manager, third-party administrator, and covered entity. Identify contract pharmacy growth potential and regional sites in order to increase 340B program outcomes. Collaborate with all divisions of KPH Healthcare Services to ensure the success of existing contract relationships and identify new 340B entity relationships, both regionally and nationally. Partner with KPH division leaders to market the 340B program and expand covered entity relationships. Optimize the entities’ contract pharmacy experience to address inventory flow, and pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor changes. Responsible for a portfolio of 60+ covered entity relationships and for meeting with a mutually identified majority of entities once annually. Routinely communicates any questions, issues, or discrepancies with the appropriate department/divisional team member. Routinely communicates with management the key performance metrics, improvement actions and any outstanding issues. Establish and maintain strong client and business partner relationships. Collaborate on internal reviews and monthly analysis of 340B pricing, utilization, and inventory. Respond to clients’ questions and ensure their problems are resolved. Attend on-site and virtual client meetings, applicable national meetings, and special events. Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree or higher. Preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance or similar field. Experience: Preferred: 2-3 or more years’ previous experience in Account Management, Client Service, or similar customer service-related field. Preferred 340B experience Compensation: $68,000-72,000 per year plus commission. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
