Independent Candidates Only - W2 Only Java Tech lead Consultant Location: 3 Days Onsite in Miami, FL Duration: 6+ months contract to hire No sponsorship available There is an assessment given to all candidates -passing needs to be above 50% test is around Java – the online platform is called hacker rank. Technical Stack: • Languages: Java, JavaScript (Node.js), Python • Frameworks: Spring Boot • Cloud: Azure (PaaS, container hosting) • DevOps: GitHub (branching, pull requests, Actions), CI/CD pipelines • Containers: Docker, Kubernetes • Database: SQL, relational data modeling • Tools: Jira, Confluence Qualifications & Experience: • 10–12+ years in software development, including leadership or technical lead experience. • Proven ability to be both hands-on developer and technical mentor/architect. • Experience in Agile environments with measurable impact on velocity and delivery. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to engage effectively with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders. • Banking or financial services experience preferred but not mandatory. • English fluency required; Portuguese not necessary.
