Position Summary The Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily food manufacturing and packaging operations in a warehouse environment. This role ensures that products are produced, handled, and stored according to company standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities & Production & Processing • Operate manufacturing equipment such as mixers, conveyors, slicers, or packaging machines. • Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to production specifications. • Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and report any issues to supervisors. • Perform quality checks on products, packaging, labels, and codes. Food Safety & Quality Control • Follow all food safety guidelines, including GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and sanitation procedures. • Maintain clean work areas and assist with daily and scheduled deep-clean tasks. • Ensure products meet quality standards before packaging or shipment. Warehouse & Material Handling • Move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified). • Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing inventory in the warehouse. • Properly label, store, and rotate products (FIFO).
