Requires 2+ years in inventory control or supply chain, familiarity with ERP systems, advanced Excel/Power BI skills, and detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job This is not a role for someone looking for a simple desk assignment. At Korpack, accuracy is everything—and we need someone who thrives on digging into the details, solving problems at the source, and keeping our operational data airtight. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be on the production floor, in the warehouse, and deep in data to ensure inventory integrity across the entire organization. The mission of this role is to safeguard the accuracy of Korpack’s inventory by reconciling system data with physical counts, eliminating variances, and generating insights that drive smart, data-backed decisions. If you’re driven, analytical, and relentless in your pursuit of precision, this could be the perfect fit. The Journey Daily Inventory Oversight: Monitor and analyze inventory transactions to identify discrepancies between Acumatica (ERP) and physical stock in real time. Ensure issues are flagged and addressed immediately. Root Cause Problem-Solving: Lead investigations into inventory variances, identify operational breakdowns, and implement lasting corrective actions to prevent repeat issues. Process Control & Audit Support: Support cycle counts, WIP tracking, and full physical inventories. Audit results to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accountability. Production Collaboration: Work closely with floor leads to validate BOM consumption, scrap reporting, and production outputs—ensuring alignment between what’s produced and what’s recorded. Reporting & Data Analysis: Maintain and improve inventory dashboards using Power BI or Excel. Track trends, aging stock, and slow-moving items to drive visibility and strategic action. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams on receiving, returns, and lot tracking to guarantee complete inventory transparency. Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Create, update, and refine SOPs related to inventory processes. Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen controls and drive efficiency. Financial Collaboration: Support finance during month-end close by validating balances, assisting with accruals, and preparing documentation for audits. The Requirements • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or data analysis (manufacturing or co-packing preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience • Strong understanding of ERP systems (Acumatica preferred) and inventory transactions from receipts to adjustments • Advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills with the ability to extract, analyze, and present actionable insights • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to work confidently on the production floor • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities The Reward • Recognition for your accuracy, insights, and problem-solving strengths • Real opportunities for career growth in a company that values innovation and ownership • A culture that rewards results — including profit sharing: when we win, we all win Our Core Values We’re seeking someone who embodies these values every day: D – Determined I – Innovative S – Smile R – Responsive U – Understanding P – Proactive T – Teamwork For Those Who Want More Than Just a Job Korpack is growing fast, and precision is non-negotiable. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for directions—it's for someone who thrives on uncovering problems, fixing them at the root, and driving process improvements that move the entire business forward. If you’re ready to make a measurable impact and take ownership of mission-critical operations, we want to hear from you.
