The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent in support of a fast-growing and evolving business. This role oversees full-cycle recruiting operations, develops scalable hiring processes, partners closely with business leaders, and drives an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in workforce planning, employer branding, recruiting analytics, and building a high-performing talent acquisition function that supports organizational growth. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership • Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies aligned with company growth objectives and workforce plans. • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of current external recruiting agency partnerships, including quality of candidates presented, candidate volume, time-to-fill, hiring outcomes, and overall return on investment. • Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and talent acquisition operations to support rapid organizational growth. • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. • Lead recruiting initiatives that improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, labor market trends, and talent acquisition best practices. • Develop recruiting metrics, reporting, and analytics to drive data-informed hiring decisions and continuous improvement. • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented recruiting culture focused on accountability, responsiveness, and results. • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, selection processes, and hiring best practices. FULL CYCLE RECRUITMENT • Manage and oversee full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, technical, professional, and leadership positions across multiple functions. • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, sourcing and interview strategies, and selection criteria. • Source candidates through multiple channels including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, social media, recruiting events, and external recruiting partners. • Develop and implement an on-campus recruiting program to establish early career talent pipelines, including partnerships with universities, internship programs, career fairs, and college recruiting initiatives. • Build relationships with colleges, universities, professional organizations, and community partners to support workforce development and future hiring needs. • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and organizational fit. • Coordinate and manage offer development, compensation alignment, and negotiations in partnership with hiring manager and HC leadership. • Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Monitor agency performance and partner effectiveness to ensure alignment with hiring expectations, service standards, and business objectives. RECRUITING OPERATIONS AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT • Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) administration and recruiting workflow compliance. • Develop recruiting metrics and dashboards to track hiring activity, sourcing effectiveness, diversity initiatives, and overall recruiting performance. • Analyze recruiting data and trends to make recommendations for continuous improvement. • Establish and maintain recruiting policies, procedures, and interview standards. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring. EMPLOYER BRANDING & TALENT ENGAGEMENT • Support and strengthen the company’s employer brand through recruiting campaigns, social media presence, and candidate engagement strategies. • Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, industry events, and community partnerships. • Partner with marketing and HR teams to create compelling EVP messaging and talent attraction initiatives. • Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity recruitment initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including leadership experience. • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certifications preferred. • Experience building or scaling recruiting functions in a high-growth environment. • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and employment practices. • Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, and HR technology platforms. • Knowledge of employment branding and social recruiting metrics. • Strong business partnership, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage competing priorities. • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through. • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including leadership positions. • Exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills SE#510807296
