Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fractional Billing and Operations Project Manager to join our team in Providence, RI. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in billing operations and project management, particularly within IT services or managed service provider environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining billing processes, managing operational projects, and fostering stakeholder trust. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage billing operations projects from initiation to completion. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. • Review and manage client contracts to ensure billing alignment and compliance. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Serve as a liaison between finance, operations, and client-facing teams. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments. • Provide regular updates and reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes. Preferred Experience: • Experience with AutoTask PSA or similar Professional Services Automation tools. • Prior work in or with an IT Managed Services Provider. • Familiarity with contract management and billing systems.
