We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our Data and Project Management Team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and integrity of critical applications and data systems that support the Judicial Branch's statewide operations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, execute, and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. • Validate data integrity and accuracy across judicial applications, databases, and reporting systems. • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and testing requirements. • Support data validation efforts for statewide IT modernization and reporting initiatives. • Analyze and troubleshoot system defects, document findings, and support defect resolution efforts. • Monitor quality metrics and contribute to process improvement recommendations. Qualifications: • Experience working with government, judicial, or public sector IT systems preferred. • Bachelor degree is a plus • Software testing QA experience is required. • Experience with quality assurance processes, methodologies, and testing tools. • Experience writing and executing test cases and test scripts • Ability to develop, execute, and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing • Experience using Jira or Zephyr QA software is required • Familiarity with data validation, data migration, and reporting system testing. • Nice to have skill but not required: Experience with Tyler Technologies Enterprise Justice Software. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
